Welcome to e-Zee Steelpan Lessons. This is the right place to lock-in your new steeldrum learning experience in our learner-friendly, home studio environment.

Our approach could enhance students of all ages, even those who are currently  preparing to take the Royal Conservatory of Music exams. We employ the best practices and utilize very capable resources to accomplish our goals, by retaining a principal tutor and solid assistant tutors. We also provide at minimal cost to you, self-paced online lessons and DVD lessons for continuing home education.

Our philosophy is grounded in Christian principles, and as such, church music, both traditional and contemporary, combined with some classics, and Caribbean folk music would play a vital role in developing our students musical repertoire.

As we continue to provide extra-curricular services to all within our local communities, it is our intention to properly manage your time through goal-setting, positive affirmation and consistant lessons follow-up. 

What We Do & How We Do It

Our goal is to develop steelpan players. First, we offer a complimentary lesson to audition potential students and assess their musical aptitude. Then we structure a personalized program to develop their music theory and practical playing as it relates to the instrument of their choice. Finally, we hone their steelpan playing ability with a variety of studies, skills and drills as it pertains to improvisation approaches, and playing scored musical pieces.

Our strengths are derived from years of playing different types of music on the steelpan, drums and brass instruments. Our specialties are the various methods we use to bring e-Zee Steelpan Lessons to our clients.

We are unique in the steelpan tutoring environment, in that we aim to be consistant in attaining our quarterly goals. This ensures that our students experience a semestered progress with the related time-management and the attainment of measurable goals.
